Account: Your registered profile to access Chatverce.
Content: Any data, text, images, files, or messages transmitted via Chatverce.
User: Any individual or entity using Chatverce.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Chatverce for legitimate business communications. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for illegal purposes.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
User Content: You retain ownership of your content. By using Chatverce, you grant us limited rights to process and store it for service delivery.
Prohibited Use: No hacking, spamming, impersonation, harassment, or sharing harmful content.
Compliance: You must comply with WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platform policies.

5. Payments and Plans

For paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees as per the subscription terms. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or harmful activity. You may cancel your subscription anytime, subject to refund/cancellation policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in Chatverce (software, designs, trademarks, etc.) belong to Sihari Labs Private Limited. Users may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Modifications

We may update or discontinue Chatverce and revise these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.

9. Disclaimers

Chatverce is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service. Use Chatverce at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sihari Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to a claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sihari Labs Private Limited, its directors, officers, and employees against any claims or liabilities arising from your use of Chatverce or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhansi district, Uttar Pradesh.
